To keep your Cherie Custom Units looking flawless and lasting longer, follow these simple care steps:

  1. Shampoo Gently – Wash with a sulfate-free shampoo every 2–3 weeks or as needed. Use lukewarm water and avoid heavy scrubbing.
  2. Condition & Detangle – Apply conditioner generously, then detangle with a wide-tooth comb starting from the ends and working up to the roots.
  3. Air Dry – Blot with a microfiber towel and place on a wig stand to air dry. Avoid wringing or twisting the hair.
  4. Heat Styling – Use a heat protectant before blow-drying, curling, or flat-ironing. Limit heat use to preserve the hair’s natural texture and shine.
  5. Daily Care – Store on a mannequin head or silk bag when not in use. Brush lightly with a paddle or wig brush to keep strands smooth.
  6. Night Routine – If installed, wrap your hair with a silk or satin scarf before bed to reduce friction and frizz.
